Shipping policy

Currently only shipping to the contiguous United States.

Processing Times:

Please allow for orders to be processed within 4-5 business days. During seasonal/ holiday times, orders may take up to 7 days for processing. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping Rates:

Orders $99> or less have a flat rate of $8.99. (Candles only)

SS Affirmation mugs (only) have a flat rate of $6.99.

Free shipping for all orders over $100 before taxes.

Orders are sent via USPS Mail

Lost/ Stolen Packages:

Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit. Please contact the carrier directly. We are unable to replace items lost by the carrier. For more information, please see our Refund & Returns Policy.

Wrong Address:

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. However, if you discover the wrong address has been provided, you have 24 hours to contact us so we can edit your shipping address before your package is ready to ship out.

Please note, you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with re-sending the package if it's marked by USPS as not

deliverable or return to sender.

Tracking:

You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled. It may take up to 48-72 hours for your tracking number to accurately update. If you are unable to locate your email, please check your spam and junk folder.
