Thank you so much for your purchase from Scentual Soothers! All of our products are carefully packaged and inspected before shipping. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item with your order number and picture of the product so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue. We will do our best to assist you.
In the case of a lost/stolen package please contact the carrier directly. We are unable to replace items lost by the carrier.
